Jay’s portfolio emphasis includes investment staging for sovereign entities; management structuring for early stage tech and science businesses, advisory development on infrastructure projects; and advisory work for emerging market investment funds.
Jay is a contributor on various panels and working groups and maintains active relationships at the African Union, US and UK based investment groups and with the World Bank, DFC (fmr OPIC), Swedfund and the UN. Jay’s work is based out of New York and London.

An expert at moving millions to action, she empowers equality, diversity, and sustainability, with over 20 years of experience as a non-profit leader, building innovative impact-oriented programs and directing foundations across the world.

Nathan has worked toward the fostering and growing of tribal economies through his work with tribal Nations, state governments, and organizations focused on improving the growth of Indigenous communities. The entities he has worked for have missions to develop affordable housing; advance tribal economies; to educate, empower, and engage;and to develop leadership through Indigenous values-based community capacity-building. Nathan is also an alumnus of the Americans for Indian Opportunity leadership program that advances, from an Indigenous worldview, the cultural, political, and economic rights of Indigenous peoples in the United States and around the world. Nathan is Cheyenne and a member of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes.
